If you plan on attending the Spring 2023 CARMA meeting and would like to pay for your lunch using a credit card, please use this form. Payment options also include PayPal, Google Pay, and Venmo, which are located under “MORE PAYMENT OPTIONS.”
**Please still RSVP to Amy Czubak via email: aczubak@ohiohistory.org, or via phone: 614.297.2553, by 4/7/2023. Include in your RSVP the number and names of attendees from your county, their titles, and if attendees require a vegetarian or a gluten-free lunch option.
A pizza buffet lunch will be provided at a cost of $10.00 per attendee and includes pizza, salad, cookies, and soft drinks or water. Vegetarian pizza options will be available. No-shows or cancellations the day of the meeting will be invoiced for the lunch. To ensure a smooth flow of incoming attendees, please pre-pay for lunch.
