Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, we want to help! Merchandise can be exchanged, credited, or refunded within 30 days of purchase. Returns after 30 days are at the discretion of the Ohio History Store. Ohio death certificate copy orders and OhioPix image downloads are non-refundable. The item should be new, unused, and in it's original packaging with all associated tags.
All returns should be approved by the Ohio History Store before they are sent back. Contact the customer service department toll-free by phone (800-840-6414) or via e-mail. When your request is authorized, you will be given a Return Authorization Number, which should be included with the item when it is returned.
Return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer, and the original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Holiday Returns
Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, we understand that many customers like to order holiday gifts early, and so we have extended our returns period for the holidays.

Items shipped between November 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007 may be returned until January 31, 2008 for a full refund. Please call customer service for a return authorization (800-840-6414).
