Password Guidelines
You must choose a password that meets the following requirements:

• Must be least 8 characters in length
• Must contain at least one uppercase letter
• Must contain at least one lowercase letter
• Must contain at least one number
• Must contain at least one character that is not a letter or number (such as ? or !)
• Has not been used as one of your passwords within the last 90 days

Please set your spam filters / spam-blockers to accept email from ohiohistory.org. This will assure receipt of email confirmations and any other correspondence from ohiohistory.org.

Tax-Exempt Purchases & Payment by Purchase Orders
Tax-exempt purchases require a valid tax-exempt ID number and verification by OHS staff.

A copy of your Blanket Tax Exemption Form from the State of Ohio is required to process your tax-exempt request. Your Blanket Tax Exemption Form from the State of Ohio and a completed OHS tax-exempt request should be submitted via fax to (614) 297-2411 or e-mail to taxexempt@ohiohistory.org. Call (614) 297-2399 for any questions regarding the Tax Exemption form.

Completion of the OHS tax-exempt form will register your Company/Organization with the Ohio Historical Society e-commerce system. Once tax-exempt status is verified, users will be considered tax-exempt at any OHS store and on-line.
