NOTICE:
1. The $5.00 processing fee ($10.00 for buddy hunt entries) must be paid for each lottery entered and is non-refundable.
2. You may apply once -- but only once -- for each of the four different lotteries (Adena Bow Hunt; Fort Hill Youth Hunt; Fort Hill Regular Gun Hunt and Fort Hill Muzzleloader Hunt). Individuals making multiple applications for the same hunt will automatically be disqualified.
