Berlin Tablet Replica
Engraved tablets are of the most rare and puzzling Adena artifacts. Only 14 have been found in Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Bird and human features are thought to represent either ceremonial dancers or shamans and the Berlin tablet (named for the owner of the land where it was found) has a very distinct bird design engraved on its surface.
The replica is made from clay and is approximately 5 3/4 long by 3 1/2 inches wide.
