The Buckeye Council for History Education (BCHE) is a professional organization that supports quality history education and encourages communication between those who teach K-12 history and those who promote history in the community and academia. BCHE provides a communications network for and works in conjunction with all advocates of history education. BCHE provides services, meetings, and activities for Ohio’s history educators. A state coordinator and statewide steering committee lead BCHE.
